The Introduction to Negotiation workshop is not a skills course; it is about helping people understand the negotiating process and the part they can play in it.

Negotiation TrainersThese two day non-residential workshops draw on the Scotwork team's broad experience. We select those elements that are appropriate for your audience in order to enhance their understanding of negotiating. This will allow them to provide a valuable resource in your relationship with your clients, your suppliers and your partners.

Due to the high degree of tailoring, each workshop can only be attended by those with similar job functions and training needs. An audience of at least 72 people with identical training needs is required to justify creating these special workshops.

Two workshops are run, back to back, in a week. Each can accommodate 12 participants with one Scotwork tutor.


The process begins with a consultation meeting where we assess the suitability of the workshop for your needs. This is followed by the interview phase, the design phase and the pilot workshop. Assuming a successful pilot workshop we then proceed to roll out the programme to your audience.
The Introduction to Negotiation course is only run as a one-company course.
