Nel loro libro &#8220;Getting to Yes: Negotiating Without Giving In&#8221;, Fisher e Ury spiegano che BATNA sta per &#8220;Best Alternative To a Negotiated Agreement&#8221; (migliore alternativa ad un accordo negoziato).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tratta essenzialmente del piano a cui fare riferimento nel caso in cui le trattative non siano fruttuose e non si riesca a raggiungere un accordo con la controparte. Il BATNA rappresenta la seconda migliore opzione, nel caso in cui le trattative falliscano. Rappresenta anche un&#8217;alternativa valida che pu\u00f2 finire per essere preferenziale rispetto ai termini che la controparte \u00e8 disposta ad accettare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block-heading--v2 stk-block stk-f039e1b\" id=\"strong-che-cosa-significa-batna-strong\" data-block-id=\"f039e1b\"><h2 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\"><strong>Che cosa significa BATNA?<\/strong><\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>BATNA \u00e8 l&#8217;acronimo di &#8220;Best Alternative To a Negotiated Agreement&#8221; (migliore alternativa ad un accordo negoziato). Si tratta di un acronimo che \u00e8 passato in gran parte in disuso e molti professionisti si riferiscono invece a questo scenario come alla &#8220;migliore alternativa&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c8 importante preparare accuratamente un BATNA prima di avviare una trattativa, in modo da avere ben chiaro quale sia l&#8217;accordo o il prezzo peggiore che si \u00e8 disposti ad accettare. Una chiara comprensione del vostro BATNA vi consentir\u00e0 di ottenere un maggiore potere contrattuale durante la trattativa e di disporre di un piano di riserva nel caso in cui le trattative non vadano a buon fine. Conoscere il proprio BATNA significa evitare di raggiungere inutilmente un accordo nelle trattative che sia peggiore delle altre opzioni disponibili.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;analisi del BATNA del vostro interlocutore vi metter\u00e0 in una posizione migliore durante la trattativa.
