You work through eight live case-plays to get to grips with live-action negotiation. And you practise proven techniques for sidestepping the pitfalls and striking the best possible deal.

All of this and more is delivered in one evening and two-and-a-half days of intensive negotiation skills training. And with only 12 participants per course you receive plenty of individual attention from our two expert tutors.
