Lee has over 25 years experience in the IT industry, leading client facing consulting teams working with large commercial and government organisations in both New Zealand and the UK.
His background includes client services and delivery management, business, project and software development management, development and business analysis.
He is an accredited as a Project Management Professional (PMP®), ScrumMaster® and PRINCE2 Practitioner.
Lee likes to understand differing perspectives and use this to help facilitate win-win outcomes. He enjoys dealing with people at all levels in organisation, coaching and developing both individuals and teams.
Having attended Scotwork training, Lee applied what he’d learned and experienced first hand the significant impact it had on getting commercial deals done, improving the delivery of projects within tight timelines and ultimately both the bottom line and relationships.
