Scotwork Negotiating Essentials eLearning is ideal for anyone whose role involves negotiating with customers, suppliers or co-workers. No previous negotiation experience is necessary.

The bite-sized modules are packed with useful negotiation insights and vividly brought to life by animated characters.

The modules combine as a single storyline but also work as 10 individual, standalone lessons. This means the modules can be tackled in any order and revisited as needed. Each module is easy to follow and takes about 15 minutes to complete.
