Romana joined Scotwork in 2006 after a successful 18 year career in the global drinks industry holding various senior international sales roles. An Italian, French and Spanish speaker, Romana is a key member of the Global Account Management team looking after many strategic clients, tailoring our products to meet their needs and ensuring their teams negotiate as effectively as possible.
Alan Smith
DIRECTOR SCOTWORK INTERNATIONAL
Alan’s background is marketing and advertising. After graduating in Economics, he entered the agency world to become, at 28, MD of London’s largest independent below-the-line marketing provider. Later, he setup his own through-the-line agency and helped create one of the UK’s first automated marketing solutions.
Adam White
SENIOR INTERNATIONAL CONSULTANT
Prior to Scotwork, Adam’s background was in the Financial Services sector. As a dual British and Finnish national, Adam was drafted to Finland for Military Service when fresh out of University as a Business graduate. After the Army he returned to London and embarked on what was to become a near 20-year career in the Financial Markets.

Paul has worked in commercial roles for almost 30 years; his career started as an FMCG buyer, transitioning to Mars where he progressed through the organisation to become Marketing Controller, and then Sales Director.
Daniel Freeman

Daniel’s negotiation experience was shaped by working in the optics industry for 8 years, across various account facing and managerial roles. Daniel held key managerial positions at Hoya Vision Care, tasked with negotiating new contracts, business expansion and acquisition, and creating new areas of distribution across Ireland.

Ed’s negotiation experience was shaped by working in the recruitment industry, before spending 15 years working in the consumer goods sector and more specifically within wine and spirits.

Prior to joining Scotwork in 2021, Andy spent a decade in the heavily-regulated and competitive UK energy and utility industry with Scottish Power, SSE and Ovo Energy, along with two years at the City of Edinburgh Council.

Ann has worked with Scotwork, as a senior consultant, for over 25 years and have over 35 years of experience in international business. Her commercial career began in FMCG, working with Mars and Pedigree Masterfoods.
Annabel Shorter

With a background as a Senior Business Development Executive in a number of large and small organisations, Annabel brings over a decade of negotiating and commercial experience to her clients. Her early participation in the emerging field of partnership marketing saw her creating deals across a large cross section of industries, charities, utilities, FMCG brands, football clubs and pop stars!
Tom Feinson

Tom’s background is in FMCG sales & marketing. As National Account Director with Molson Coors he led negotiations with major FMCG retailers and as a Brand Director for Carling he ran the sponsorship & activation departments negotiating with rights holders and agencies.

Ellis joined Scotwork in February 2021 after seven years with the learning and talent team at the Financial Times, where he led the Global Commercial Academy, tasked with identifying and developing the skills required for continued commercial success across a wide range of global teams at the FT.

Scott Murdoch

Scott began his career after winning the University Business Court Medal at UWS in 2019. He went on to spend three years in sales within the international oil and gas market, developing strong commercial and client-facing expertise.
